About me

Erardo Ferrer Quintana was born in Arrecife,  Lanzarote,  on the 8th of January 1975. He studied Law at the Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid and at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, finishing his studies on the 16th of August 2000.

In addition to his Law Degree, he has a doctoral degree («suficiencia doctoral»), has taken specialisation courses in civil, private and real estate law and he  is in possession of several diplomas in advanced courses.

He is  member of the Law Society of Lanzarote (license number 297) and has a great professional prestige, based on his work, serious, professional and responsible work for all these years.

He worked as area manager in one of the main national mortgage companies and has extensive experience in the real estate sector in Lanzarote. An area that he knows and masters perfectly in all areas. With 25 years of experience in the sector.
